Do you mean the signature changes between HTML, RTF, and TXT format, or it changes to different signatures based on recipients’ receiving devices?

The text could be wrapped around the photo if you use a table. What i did was that I created the signature in the email body using the table and tehn changed the color of borders to white. Then I copied that table into the signatures window.

That might be caused by your image’s arrangement.
In your composing email, click the image to activate the Picture Tools, and then click Format > Wrap Text > Top and Bottom or other options as you need.

How do you get the text to be wrapped around the photo? It seems very limited on what we can do.

You can use excel to create your signature, paint the "grid" white to make it invisible on the signature, make sure to merge and resize cells to fit your image and text design accordingly, then select all the cells including the image and copy,
Then paste the table at your signature on Outlook, then adjust on excel and keep pasting it until perfect.

Yes okay, anyone can insert an image but getting it sized and looking right is another matter entirely! That's not addressed at all in this article.

Hi, I have someone producing an email signature complete with logo and they have asked what format I require, JPEG or HTML, I have no idea! I have windows 10, Office 365 and MS Outlook. Any help would be welcome. Thanks
