Hopefully someone can give us some resolution on this. We have had no luck with Extended Office Support (Jay Chivo). Attached is the sample dataset that we cannot run. We have tried the process on 3 different machines using versions 21 & 26. It will not complete.

We have tried the exact same process on two other machines, one with V16 the other with V16.5 and the process completes in about 1 minute.

Attached are the screenshots of my settings and Test data.

Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble, However, I cannot see the attachments. Please make sure the files you attached are the ones we supported. And note that the extension of the files is case-sensitive.
