After upgrading to latest version of Kutools today (Feb 10th) Excel started to behave erratically. Mouse jumping, temporary freezing, simple tasks taking long time to execute. When disable Kutools via COM add-ins it acts normally again. Feels like a bug or compatibility issue with Excel 365 MSO on Windows 11 Enterprise.
