most features do not work????

KUTools just installed and licenced. Turns out that most but not all features do not work... I had a version years ago on and installed, the first thing tried was reading layout and that worked great. I tried to change sign of values under content and that didn't work. I tried a cople of other functions in formula halper and they also did not work. I contacted support they sugested to uninstall and reinstall, that had NO effect.
